By booking any of our tours or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Payments

• A minimum payment of 50% of the total value is required to confirm a reservation.
• The remaining balance (100%) must be paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the activity.
• Reservations not fully paid within this timeframe may be subject to cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 10 days in advance.
• 50% refund for cancellations made up to 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
• No refund for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Exception (medical cases): If a participant presents a valid medical certificate issued in Rapa Nui at least 24 hours before the tour, a 50% refund will be granted. No exceptions will be made without proper documentation.

3. Safety and Responsibilities

• Each participant is responsible for having the appropriate equipment, physical condition, and knowledge to face emergencies.
• The company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or even death that may occur during tours or transfers.
• Participants must follow the instructions of guides and respect all safety protocols.
• It is the sole responsibility of each tourist to purchase and carry the official entry ticket to Parque Nacional Rapa Nui before starting any activity that requires it. In case the customer does not have this ticket, we will not take them to purchase it, and no refunds will be provided if the tour cannot be completed.

4. Customer Expectations and Liability

• While we make every effort to provide accurate information, the company is not legally liable for errors, omissions, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, park closures, flight delays).
• Customers understand that tours are subject to local conditions and regulations that may change without prior notice.
• If weather conditions or other force majeure events prevent access to certain sites within Parque Nacional Rapa Nui, no refunds of any kind will be provided.

5. Media and Content

• By participating in our tours, customers grant the company the right to record and use audiovisual material (photos, videos, testimonials) for promotion across our platforms and media.
• If a customer does not wish to appear in such content, they must notify us in writing before the start of the activity.

6. Code of Conduct

• Illegal conduct, hate speech, harassment, inappropriate promotions, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• All participants must comply with the rules of the Parque Nacional Rapa Nui and conduct themselves respectfully during tours and transfers.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the service without the right to a refund.
